Status

Volunteers serve without pay for charitable purposes. This is not an employment relationship.

Code of Conduct

• Be kind, patient, and inclusive
• Keep personal data private; do not access financial accounts
• Ask before taking photos; use the media consent form
• Report safety concerns to an admin immediately
• No discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate contact

Safeguarding & Privacy

• Never store resident passwords; use written instructions with staff
• Use organization email for sensitive follow‑up
• Follow staff guidance for on-site rules

Photo/Media

Photos require prior consent from residents, guardians, or staff.

Incident Reporting

Report any device loss, suspected scam, or health/safety issue to an admin within 24 hours. (Add local/state compliance notes as needed.)
